PICK MY FIT
This project was developed in response to a design brief for Pick My Fit, a digital product prototype aimed at improving a small but meaningful everyday experience: choosing what to wear. The app functions as a virtual wardrobe and stylist, helping users plan outfits, track clothing, and reduce stress in their daily routine. The goal was to create a tool that was both practical and enjoyable, supporting users in making confident daily fashion choices.
Problem & Solution
Many young adults experience decision fatigue when dressing, often feeling overwhelmed or limited in their wardrobe choices. The challenge was to design a platform that was stylish, supportive, and intuitive—empowering users to feel confident, organised, and expressive without introducing complexity or intimidation. My solution was to combine clear UX structure with a visually approachable brand identity, making outfit planning effortless and enjoyable.
Research & Inspiration
The design process began with research into user habits, wardrobe management, and digital styling apps. Inspiration was drawn from clean, modern app interfaces and friendly, approachable branding that communicates confidence and simplicity. The focus was on creating an experience that felt calm, organised, and visually engaging.
Process & Tools
I began by mapping user needs and workflows to define the app’s key features. Rapid prototyping and iterative testing allowed me to refine interactions, while branding explorations determined a bold logo, fresh colour palette, and modern typography. The final prototype and visual assets were created using Adobe XD and Illustrator, ensuring a cohesive and polished digital product.
Outcome
Through research, prototyping, and branding, Pick My Fit evolved into a clean, modern, and approachable app. The final design aligns UX and brand identity to deliver a calming yet stylish experience, helping users plan outfits, track clothing, and reduce decision fatigue in their everyday routine.
